At JessaKae, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite the right fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to receive a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or store credit will be processed.
